Lydia’s last day of Class Two was today.
Jaynie is also finishing up her first year working at Clapham!!
Both Lydia and Jaynie have had wonderful years and we are very thankful for Clapham School and their faithfulness to Jesus and the Bible (which go hand in hand).

Here is a long, long, overdue update to the blog with some highlights from the last portion of 2022.
By far our most exciting news of 2022 was Lydia’s baptism as a follower of Jesus. Here are some photos from the church service where Lydia was baptized.
Fall was about as beautiful as we have ever seen.
We visited family in California over thanksgiving. And made pizzas. In a pizza oven.
Lydia turned eight! What!!
And got braces!
And we all spent a ridiculous amount of time sick.
Lydia continued her violin lessons and has been loving Clapham School (along with Momma!).
While “Santa buddy, fill my stocking with Canucks tix, for kicks,” didn’t happen this year as we ended up staying home over the Christmas break, we had a wonderful time at home celebrating the Incarnation of our Savior.

A couple of months ago we went Putt Putt golfing at a place called Wilderness Falls. Inside the Putt Putt office they also had Space Invaders, which is Lydia’s favorite arcade game. Very close to the course there was a small airport with a flight school and restaurant on it. We had lunch at the airport after. Here are some photos from the day.

We were able to go on another great trip to British Columbia this summer and visit family. Before we arrived at the Lafleur’s we spent a few nights in Whistler. Here are some photos from the first part of our Canada 2022 summer travels.
