Lydia started Class One today.
Class One is a fancy way of saying Grade 1 or First Grade.
The students are meeting in a new building this year and Momma and Lydia helped out preparing the first aid kits that are needed in each classroom. Here are some photos of them working on the kits, Lydia heading off to school, a school photo, and a picture of Momma Bear’s reaction to Lydia going to school full time.
Canada opened the border to some on August 9th and we were able to cross over that morning. Our visit was awesome. Here are some video highlights of our trip. Pictures and full blog post to come!

We were thrilled to have Poppa and Mimi come and visit us in Wheaton. We had a nice time strolling through the towns, playing with Elwood, and taking a trip to the city for shopping and having lunch at American Girl. Lydia was also excited to make spinach pie with Mimi.
